Karen Alert!!! Popped in Saturday 1st April and we were not members, we approached the chap behind the Counter and asked if we could sign up in order to play as he said no adhoc walk ins which is fine. He said there was a waiting list for the members, with over 5000 applications to process, he wasn’t taking any new business. It’s astounding to me that a company would allow potential or new business to walk out the door when they have 14 tables to play snooker on, and there were only 3 out of the 14 being used. No explanation other than there are too many members to process, yet approximately 6 or 7 of the 5000 were in there at that time. We were prepared to pay extra to play, sign up or whatever. But no, just shown the door!! If I could leave 0/5 stars I would.

Visited the club for the first time on Sunday and it was a very enjoyable experience. Quality tables and a great atmosphere in which to play snooker. John and his staff were extremely welcoming and his snooker knowledge is excellent. Looking forward to my next visit soon!!
