Great boots, awful customer service. My wife & I both have Wellygog boots and love them. Unfortunately they now need some TLC - re heeling etc. We believe they used to offer a service or advise who their recognised partners were. Can we get them to answer the phone or even an email. No. Disappointed as this spoils our enjoyment and recommendation of their boots.

Fantastic quality and beautiful designs, I have bought numerous items for my girlfriend and she is always getting so many compliments. The boots are absolutely fantastic too, very comfortable and will last forever (i've had mine for 4+ years and they are still going strong). Couldn't recommend this company highly enough.
