We could not praise Wellhouse Leisure, and specifically David, highly enough. The customer service is second-to-none, going out of their way on multiple occasions to help us with garage repair queries, such as tyre replacement and pop-roof repair. The main reason for 5 stars though is after our beloved campervan was sadly stolen, David was extremely quick and supportive in helping with our insurance claim, going above and beyond in supporting our valuation appeal. At such a stressful time, it was really reassuring to know we had that help. We would definitely buy from Wellhouse Leisure in the future.

We had a wonderful experience with Wellhouse. From David calling us back the same day we contacted them through the information they sent us about their vans and the visit we had to them when we started looking for a van. My husband is a skilled craftsman and is very picky about things. He was impressed by both the quality of the materials and the build. We have recently picked up our Toyota Alphard Ted, and are delighted and looking forward to years of fun.

We purchased a used Terrier 2 Wellhouse Leisure campervan conversion earlier this year. The seller was unfortunately unable to provide the original documentation relating to the electrical system, fridge, diesel heater etc. I contacted Wellhouse Leisure to ask for assistance and David Elliot responded very quickly and incredibly helpfully and provided copies of most of the original documentation. I then had cause to contact Wellhouse Leisure again for advice another month or so later and received friendly, helpful advice from Simon. Then, just before we were due to go away for Christmas, we contacted Wellhouse Leisure for advice on replacing the vehicle battery which had died. Simon was again happy to help, speaking to the mechanic to advise what would need to be done to remove the driver's seat and replace the battery. The customer service we've received from everyone at Wellhouse Leisure has been absolutely outstanding, especially when considering we didn't even buy the van from them. A very big thank you to all of the team at Wellhouse Leisure and we wish you all a Happy New Year.

We traded in our old van in December. Wellhouse made the process simple and were excellent to deal with. They went above and beyond on the day of transfer which was hugely appreciated.
