    The best of the best. I trained with sam for years, from being in my early teens right up until my mid 20s. He’s given me the foundation and knowledge to keep progressing, always listens to your needs and wants which he uses to tailor a programme suited to you. Extremely knowledgable. Not only an amazing trainer but an amazing person, helped me physically develop and helped me on a psychological level too. Don’t want to make him blush but I love him. Highly recommend!!!!

    I’ve been training with Sam for over a year and I can honestly say I’ve never felt better. Not only physically but mentally too. I’ve had personal trainers in the past but I’ve never felt like they listen to what I want and they just provide you with a generic workout routine. Sam is a great listener and makes each session personal to your training needs. He’s got years of experience and is very knowledgeable in what he does and that shows through during our sessions. He’s also a great motivator and I always come out of each session feeling great. Would definitely recommend :)
