Been a patient since 2016, There has been many problems with this gp in regards to my health all round. During lockdown I specifically mentioned to the doctor im going to pick up the letter and sicknote they posted it as told by the receptionist calling me rude till she seen where I worked then she piped down where I used to work, they continuelsy refer you physio when physical health is bad/deteriorating which for me doesn't help, explain my mental health they say I'm on the list . Only recently I'm asking for an in-depth analysis for underlying issues....... Only for them to say i referred you to mental health team I DID NOT ASK FOR THAT and it's been every week for over a year IM GOING TO REPORT IT THE GOVERNMENT BODY WHO OVERLOOK GPs and do everything in my power to get it closed

Literally the worst clinic I have been too. So incredible unprofessional and rude. Noone seems to know what they are doing and in that confusion patients suffer. I know there is always more then meets the eye, but sort out whatever is going on there, it's been years of bad service! You are healers for crying out laod. Imberrased for you!

Never had issue at reception. The gp is rude there. They don't want to listen the problem. My dad went there to discuss his heart condition with the gp. My dad had bypass 10 months ago. When he came back home his condition got worst after seeing gp because gp didn't listen to him properly and gave him depression. Can someone advise what should we do next change the surgery or is there any high authorities we can request to.
