I have used Wellers for a while now to order my tobacco online as I can't get the brand I want locally. I have never had a problem with anything I have ordered or payments. The online ordering is easy, and a couple of times the goods I have ordered have not been in stock straight away, someone has phoned me and told me exactly when it would be back in stock, normally only a couple of days and they asked if I wanted to cancel, change my order or wait for my goods, and they were very polite on the phone and you didn't feel like they were trying to do you a favour. I will continue to use this retailer
