This auction is probably one of the worst auction in the UK but now got more scrupulous in their deceits and deception now that you can't view item and its an online auction only due to covid19. They delibrately show pictures of item from a good side and leave out the faulty or problematic sides of item and delibrately knowingly omitting to tell you item is faulty or dead. BTW they do not provide condition report either. So its one you should avoid at all cost unless you desperate enough. Buying here is like a russian roulette but this time the owner knows which barrel the bullet is in.....AVOID ...AVOID .... AVOID... In 2023 nothing has changed especially the obnoxious brothers that owns it. True to their nature of poor customer service, very rude and blatant incompetence. Probably getting more desperate now with false item description. Please do remember, they are not exempt from 'trade description act' so make a complaint to your local trading standard and better still take them to small claims court.

Been bidding on items for well over a year now. Great service friendly staff you can grab some good bargains just check on stuff before you bid though. Expect to pay roughly 50% on the hammer price but the bargains you can pick up its still a great deal 👍

Bids see confirmed from a bidders perspective but they have a tendency to go into a black hole. The first time this happened I thought it was a blip bit it happened today for the third time. I won a john lewis tenor music system but the cd player has kept hold of the first disc I put in, I was bidding on a second tenor to use the cd mechanism but yet again my bid despite being told when i verified mh bid vby inputting the same bid twice, it happily told me I had already left a bid of that amount do happily I relaxed in thr hope of winning and when I saw it sold for less than my max bid I assumed I had won.
