    Updated Review Having been really disappointed in my experience with Wellbox, I am pleased to say that my perception of this business has now dramatically improved. Whilst it remains true that my email was missed, I did receive a call from Justin Gilchrist today to apologise for the oversight and lack of response, and also to acknowledge that this was due to a flaw in their email system which had seen my email get lost from their eager customer service team. Taking the time to call me and apologise is a BIG thing for any company to do, especially a company of Wellbox's size, and it's this level of professionalism and commitment to client service that I feel warrants a review 'update' and a change to their 'star rating'. Justin wasn't able to 'undo' the lack of response to my email enquiry, but he was able to show me that they really do value their customers, both prospective and current. So many companies don't take the time to do this, and they're poorer for it. Great work Justin, thanks for reaching out, and I hope that you're able to get the glitch resolved. ----------------- Really disappointing experience. I have sent two email enquiries neither have been acknowledged. One on the 21st April 23, one on the 5th May 23 (chasing up the first one), and not even a courtesy response to say whether they can or can't accommodate the order. I was going to chase again today, but then thought "why bother? If they don't want the business, why am I making the effort?" Really really poor customer service. I'd have expected better based on the reviews, but I can only assume that they do well on the automated aspects of their business, but fall down on any enquiries where someone has to write a response.

Ordering for multiple customer addresses was very easy, dispatch was really quick, the notes inside really professional and contents were excellent. Feedback from customers has been brilliant. Would definitely recommend these.
