However they went over and above during the past couple of months - I was diagnosed with bowel cancer and they organised all my medications to be ordered before I had to be in hospital. Everything was delivered to me at home at short notice. I can't praise them enough for their assistance when I desperately needed help and was very poorly.

    Generally good especially when you visit in person but like many surgeries, the challenge is getting to actually talk to your GP without making an telephone appointment days, sometimes weeks in advance. I know that this is very much what we have to accept but not being ill at the weekend... Really? So, Richmond is one of the better surgeries, within the whole NHS, it reflects how successive governments have under funded and mismanaged the unique public health system.
