I have been going to the meditation evenings every other Thursday for the past few months and I can honestly say I’ve never slept better! It’s so relaxing and allows me to de-stress after a looong week at work! I have also been to a vision board workshop😍 where I created a board for all my aspirations for the year ahead, kept nearby as a reminder.
