Last time I came here I asked to remove the ham and they messed up the order and brought my pizza with ham. I explained this, and instead of making a new order to stop contamination, they just took my pizza and removed the ham and pretended as if they’d made a new pizza, they acted annoyed as if we had messed up, and I found this service to be rude. I’ve come here for many years, at least every 2nd time I go they mess up an order and bring the wrong toppings, this is because they insist on not writing down our orders, they act as if they can memorise our orders but every other time they forget and mess it up, please use notepads to write down the orders.

The pizzas weren’t good - cooked at too high a heat, meaning a burnt base and dough on top. When mentioned to staff, comment was to ‘ask for them to be well done’. How about just cooked properly from the outset? There is so much competition for pizza. Well Street needs to up their game to compete with virtually every pub in the area that offers a far superior product.
