Very disappointing service. Two cleaners from this firm both did little more than a cat lick. As the company stated if not happy have other cleaners I contacted them and was told I was being picky and specific. Then communication ignored when trying to cancel. Nothing more than an agency fee for individual cleaners. No company ethos at all and no prode in work or service. Service: Standard cleaning

Our allocated cleaner was obviously not experienced in residential cleaning. This was evidenced when she was cleaning our wooden floors with hand and tea towels from our kitchen and was going to throw them away once done! We cancelled in the first month but are still waiting for our house keys back. Despite numerous requests to the local coordinator, which were acknowledged by her, we are still waiting after a month. We have now reported to the police as all communication has ceased from her. Awful company to use. Service: Standard cleaning

Booked cleaning service for a fully vacant property (only carpet in 2 of the rooms , no cupboards) . Wanted the cleaning done before I moved in so it was easier tp be completed . Took 5 hours in total which I thought was longer than necessary , wouldn't have minded if it was thoroughly cleaned. Still had spider webs in corners. Oven door full of grease which I cleaned with some astonish oven cleaner. Marks on glass door which came off with glass cleaner. Plugs still had dirt on. I went over all carpets with my hoover after the clean and it was filled up very quickly. I did provide feedback with photos when asked for it but didn't receive a reply.

Sital arranged for a deep clean for us with a lovely lady called Carla. Sital was absolutely the most helpful of all the cleaning agencies I contacted and it is fantastic that our conversations are via WhatsApp because I am Deaf and have serious speech problems. The deep clean was arranged for us within the week. We wanted it done over 2 half days so as not to disrupt our lives too much. We were assigned an absolute angel called Carla. Carla called this morning to say she was on her way, which was fantastic, and when she arrived she was masked (I am terminally ill so I need to be careful healthwise). We went through everything that she needed to know, Carla gave us a rough plan of how to attack it, which was good. She started right away, cleaning out our fridge and our Sun Room. Then she started the kitchen and even took my oven door apart to give it a good clean! I didnt even know that was a thing!! After that was the bathroom and what a cracking job she did too! She will come back tomorrow to do our front room, bedroom and office. Because of my illness I have to take meds every 2hrs, some through a tube that goes straight into my stomach. As she had previously been a carer, Carla was not at all fazed when I had to take my meds whilst she was here. I also have a severe speech impediment but she tried her hardest to understand me, my husband only had to translate a couple of times. All in all, I am very happy that we went with Well Polished Leicester, and that we arranged to have Carla come every 2 weeks. This will give my husband time for himself as previously he had to care for me as well as do all the housework. Now Carla will lessen his burden and quite frankly, she is worth every penny.
