One who will habitually fail to show up. If you want your job to take months instead of days... then you've found your man. Paul was meant to plaster the interior and exterior of my house. Never heard so many excuses of why he was always delayed or never turned up full stop. He did the inside of the house which over ran by a month and when it came to finishing the external render he turned up with more excuses said he would start and never showed . Very unprofessional, we are now using a professional to finish the job
