They are ripping of the customer,if you have Monthly payment agreement be careful,i fyou wish to cancel any case you get back zero , they offer you monthly payment with the interest but after it you need to sing loan agreement with 3th party company,they seem they know the game 280 deposit+139 monthly payment+50 cancel fee =470 pound 1 month insurance

Poor customer service , they literally sell insurance with different price then after two week they call me and they said the price has changed and if you cancelled also you need to pay for it . They stole money and they have really poor customer service they even not allow you for investing.

Unprofessional and very very rude uneducated customer service! The nerve of calling your customers ‘bruv ,calm ‘yo’. If there was an option of not putting a star at all I would! Please run for your life before you even think or have a thought of joining them !!! They have an automatic service message that keeps on haunting you if you change your card details or either emailing you , sending non-stop and threatening messages to you 100times per day, whether it’s night or day ! Its 2022 not 12BC! I’m sure they are a loan shark insurance. Lastly , they do not pay claims!Scammers with validated broker insurance company! Be aware!
