Brilliant weekend with Jonathan and the team. Everyone was really friendly and welcoming and they did everything they could to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Really enjoyed that all the food was made on the campfire, including some you might not expect to be able to do (campfire pizzas)! Would definitely like to go to another day course and learn some of the skills in more depth.

I was gifted the Wilderness Cookery Day by a friend and was a little apprehensive about going not knowing anyone else and having to handle a Wood Pigeon! I didn’t need to worry as the team were all very welcoming and reassuring. The other guests were lovely too. The small group numbers and ratio of guests to team members means you would always be supported with activities as much or as little as you want/ need. The team are very knowledgeable, happy to share their vast experience and clearly enthusiastic about what they do. It was great to hear about other educational activities the organisation is involved with, and I now hope to book onto some of the other courses and share the experience with friends.
