Having purchased a 3000c after a full walkthrough from the team at Weldsafe I spent some time working with the machine and familiarising myself with the settings. Once I had gotten the hang of using the pulse settings weldsafe arranged a visit from the Scottish Fronius rep (Brian) to explain what I was doing wrong. This knowledge is invaluable and allowed me to get so much more out of the machine than I was previously capable of doing. Purchasing such an expensive but key machine for the business was made so much easier and more comfortable knowing that I can rely on the advice of both Weldsafe and Fronius.

John, the owner, was so helpful with his time, talking through all the different products and helping me find the perfect welder for my needs.
