Forgot to leave a review back in March. Excellent board packaging, super fast delivery and really helpful staff answering calls and emails! They checked the board thoroughly before packing it for delivery and found the tiniest factory imperfection at the very tip of the nose, then let me know straight away with pictures before packing it up - and offered something extra if I did still want it. Plus they threw in some free wax :) 10/10 highly recommend shop and service!

I visited this shop yesterday, staff didn’t lift their heads from their phones! Despite standing beside one staff member and commenting on an item, she didn’t acknowledge me. I was also after a wetsuit but no-one bothered to help. Rude, unapproachable, arrogant staff.

I've been here a couple of times to buy things. They have been helpful before, but I do feel a bit unwelcome and I've felt that staff have been a bit stand offish. I took my partner in to look at a soft board, as she wants the join me surfing. To be met with hostile looks , when I politely asked to get past staff talking to a young guy (without a mask) just projects an "elitist" attitude. We're looking elsewhere.

Having purchased from them previously, I decided to use again, to my dissatisfaction. I ordered a wetsuit and boots in the correct size as stated on the website, taking into account U.S. to U.K. size differences and I was purchasing a replica wetsuit as purchased from them previously. They got both size of wetsuit and boot incorrect and I have to pay to return them which is very costly. Very poor result, putting me out of pocket so be wary, if you order something and they get the size wrong, you will have to pay to return it. I will never use them again. Plenty of others who get it right.
