My review is a bit of an odd one as it's a failed purchase. I ordered a waterproof jacket online for next day delivery, unfortunately it was no longer in stock. I know this as secret spot rang me up to advise me of this and offered me a different colour, which I declined as I was after the colour I ordered. They were very apologetic and refunded me straight away with no fuss. 5 stars for excellent customer service, and even though I was unsuccessful today I will certainly be checking them for future purchases.

Came here to look at surfboards for my son , the guy was super helpful and pointed us the the direction as we didn't have a clue , the boards were reasonably priced and we didn't feel pressured into a sale , he sent us away to have a look before we make a decision . Deffinatly reccomend this place .

I very rarely leave reviews but I want to on this occasion because it's well earned. I recently purchased a Torq surf board for Secret Spot. The hole experience was fantastic! The person who I delt was called Scotty. He got the board in to the shop straight away from their local warehouse. He explained everything I needed to know about the board and more. When I asked him, would you mind fitting the leash, fins and tail pad for me, he didn't batter an eye lid. I also have had a load of free really helpful advice on catching waves, pop ups, etc. Thanks to Secret Surfspot and more importantly Scotty. Gary Thompson.

Very helpful and easy to sort the issue 👌 Really nice clean store with a good stock for its size, I could have spent a fortune 😁
