Machine stuck, bairn lost his money, staff at site offered no money back, all they said is nothing to do with them. bad machine and business model if the receptionist doesn't have a key to even open and fix a machine so this is likely to happen again and again. Another clear example of heavily relying on technology.

Coffee machine advertised as in fully working condition! But when arrived we found missing and broken parts, in very, very dirty condition inside and out! Parts promised but never received! Will definitely avoid to use this company in the future!
