I always spend hundreds whenever I shop here , the manager was very rude to me when I previously came about the click and collect , he called my transaction suspicious because I wanted to cancel and purchase in store Instead, when I proceeded to talk to another staff member about this he came running over and said 'what's the issue' as if his ego was hurt I was talking to another staff about it? The other staff are nice but he should not be a manager, its pretty upsetting as it is my favourite store in Leeds

Absolutel rude staff. I went to the fitting room to try some jeans and one of the staff took my bag and told me I I will keep them in till side I was thinking! What he said ? 🤔 Mean to me they don’t trust people going to that small fitting room with their bags. I wonder they not trusting people so just shut it down , without insulting people. I spoke to that guy called himself manager 🤪 Which is definitely needs some training for that position, he asked me to send him a email😂. I will never get back to this branch again and not recommend it to anyone.
