I am a current tenant, and have been for over a year. Management are professional and always happy to help. If I call and cannot get through, I know I will be contacted within an hour at the most from management. Recently I was transferred from a hostel to another temporary accommodation - they became the 'middle - man' and ensured a smooth transition to the new property within an hour, meeting requirements at the new property which they didn't have to. The previous property which housed fifteen families was also of a good standard. Security onsite 24/7 and friendly. The garden outside was beautiful and well maintained with a little shelter outback to get shade from the sun. It is very clean, with a cleaner visiting everyday. The place is very warm. Tenants wise, on my first night, a lady said if ever I needed rice, don't be shy to ask. Tenants learned my routine so that when I come from work, the kitchen is free for me to use. All in all, a safe place to be, a roof over your head, and management that listens.
