Shockingly bad, ordered through uber eats, 2 hours after ordering, it turned up soggy and cold, and the bits that were warm, had clearly been microwaved as there were 'hotspots' in the food and no consistent temperature through any dish. When calling the takeaway, no answer, so drove to it and it was closed. Knowing that this a branch off from the imperial palace, contacted them and they were very unhelpful and denied that the food was as bad as we said it was, and when we said we wanted a refund, he just said take it up with uber eats and hung up. The imperial palace is normally outstanding, so for anything like the food that came out from their tonight was completely unlike them but this has been a very disappointing experience and from this, would avoid at all costs.

Very bad experience. Food delivered 2 hours after estimated delivery. All together I was waiting over 3 hours. In mean time I counsel my delivery and didn't accept the food as was very late. The restaurant refuses to give me my money back. I still try to get my money through my bank

Love their food, especially when they send what I ordered. Second time I've been sent Chicken balls when ordering Prawn balls. They sent prawns when I ordered Calamari. Their receipt showed the wrong items, but insisted I'd ordered them. They don't admit their own mistakes, won't order from them again.
