This place is opened MOST LIKELY 8 AM - 4 PM. The exact hours are unknown and the place is certainly closed on 5:30 PM Tuesdays. You get to send your stuff here if you are lucky to find the shop open, but don't rely on Google's opening hours.

Three times I’ve been to collect a parcel. Was actually in the shop the first time and she refused to give it to me as she had logged off for the evening?! Been back twice since and it was closed both times! Told the woman that online and royal mail both say they are open until 8pm, she was not interested. Each time I’ve been in and it’s been open she barely looked up from her phone. No opening times displayed in the shop so it’s pot luck! Convenience store my arse, inconvenience store more like.

Every time I go in lady behind the counter is so rude, on the phone with her AirPods in, came to collect a parcel which she told me was not there I said it was definitely there, she kept telling me it wasn’t she eventually found it and was clearly more occupied on the phone than actually looking for my parcel.

Says open on your website until 8. Trying to collect an urgent parcel and you are closed. Your phone number is our of date. What a shoddy show! Came back the next day and politely asked why it says open until 8. When the lady could take her eyes off her mobile phone, she very rudely told me it was the post office fault.I suggested this gets looked into as it's very annoying when you're expecting an urgent parcel. When I went to leave the very rude lady started slagging me off to the next customer!!! I heard every word. Unbelievably rude. Lived on the estate for 20 years and the place needs taking over by someone who has a clue about customer service. Absolutely appalled. Will not be using this shop ever again.

Closed at 16:00 on a Saturday despite the website saying it is open until 20:00. I went to collect a parcel which I will now have to take time off work to collect during the week. Get a grip Royal Mail and sort these pirates out!
