Very aggressive, unprofessional service provided the postmaster and his wife are very rude and aggressive and show a do not care attitude, will be putting a complaint, I deposited a cheque 1 month ago. they have lost it and do not want to investigate neither accepting it and said it is not their responsibility they sent it. very bad service.

Rude service from the male behind the desk, as a local business we have to use the post office services. When asked if it was our own stamps we wanted to use, which I had in my hand a book of first class stamps, after having the envelopes weighed I got a response "that doesn't make it any easier for me". Unprofessional and abrupt, will seek another post office.

Staff atitude today indifferent to the needs of the customer. The website states closing time of 2.30 but on door states 2PM. Why then do they leave the door open for to just refuse to serve customers?. Do not the good people of Wednesfield deserve better than this?. This PATHETIC EXCUSE for a post office needs a serious overhaul. Royal mail do you not care about customer service? because it's painfully clear that the staff here at wednesfield high st post office couldn't care less. They need to visit Ashmore park post office to see how an excellent post mistress does the job. Maybe Ashmore park p.o should take over this Den of indifference. just saying is all .............🤔
