My Smeg range cooker developed a fault in the main oven and started to cut out, I rang smeg to ask for a recommended smeg engineer the first engineer who diagnosed the problem and ordered the smeg parts unfortunately had them turn up broken. So the parts had to be reorderd again I was about to give up hope of ever getting my cooker fixed when Dave and Matt arrived they fixed my main oven very quickly and were very professional ,and fingers crossed its still working I will have no hesitation to ring Dave up again if anything else needs fixing in the future . And thanks to the office staff who were lovely and dealt with my phone calls

This so called service are contractors to CDA .We purchased a hob from Wren kitchens and unfortunately it developed a fault .When we arranged a warranty call an engineer turned up and claimed it was a loose connection, and all is working now .What a load of rubbish it still didn’t work when I got home .I only wish I was there to correct him in his judgment Any way we’ve now been waiting a month ,and have had two broken appointments and still without a hob .We’ve also been told that there engineers do not carry parts ,either someone is lying or it’s a Micky Mouse outfit ,probably both 😖
