I just had to add an updated 1* review. If you can get through you won't get a Dr., you'll get 'Manisha' the clinical technician. Clinical technician is fancy wording for = has absolutely zero qualifications, she's not even a prescribing nurse. They would only put me on an antibiotic that just put me into the hospital because it didn't work. But can I speak to a GP directly noooo it's relaying between her and the GP then back to me which is ridiculous. I'm probably one of the most unwell patients there you'd think they wouldn't give me an appointment with someone that knows absolutely nothing. She didn't even relay all my symptoms so of course the Dr wouldn't prescribe anything else. I'll have to try back tomorrow to get an appointment but what for because the Dr seems clueless as well.

Hate this place. Can never get through. If you do get through they won't let you finish a sentence before interrupting and telling you what to do. Communication skills are the worst I've known. My kids have been sick for 6 months and they refuse to see them. They do a quick phone call then just pump the kids full of antibiotics. It never works, kids still sick but the docs won't see them. Why?? If you walk past them they are always empty but over the phone they insist they are too busy. I could go on and on but I'll just repeat my opening statement....I hate this place.

I changed to this practice as I moved to wednesbury since I gave birth in 2021! I’m still waiting for have my postnatal appointment since 2021, also note I just given second birth dec 2022! Called for my son been told if he doesn’t get well by Friday ‘I WILL SEE HIM’ called Thursday, to ask what time to take my boy in? The reception said there nothing on the system? So I asked to fit me in for a call. Friday - Dr was so defensive about everything I couldn’t get one word in only thing I hear him say I disagree? And there nothing he can do for my poorly son! They obviously get funded by government for numbers of patients they registry but sadly they dont have the facilities to manage their patients! Worse practice!!!!!

Worst practice around, reception staff are rude arrogant and think they are above everyone. Get told to call at 8am as no appointments are available but when you call at 8 there’s no appointments. Please avoid as they have NO DUTY OF CARE

Yet again website not working which I believe to be the way forward instead of telling reception your private buisness as to what's wrong with you it's like impossible to get a doctor out and after hanging on the line for 15 minutes a joke come on jubilee whats going on there ?

If I could give minus stars I would. Twice now they have basically fobbed my son off and twice now he has ended up being admitted into hospital for lengthy stays. Just waiting for the latest round of hospital appointment letters to come through and then it's off to a new GP for us.
