Had to deal with this incompetent firm when purchasing a property from one of their clients. The so called solicitor acted more like a a first year GCSE student. Lazy, incompetent, didn't respond to requests, arrogant. They should fire this "associate solicitor". she was beyond useless. Fortunately the estate agent has taken them off the recommended solicitors list. Avoid Avoid Avoid

Some people in the firm should have been retired. Dealing with them was a pain and they are completely inconsistent with their approach. It’s a real shame as I have been a client of Nick Stone for 6 years and I had to cut all my ties because of their COLP.
