  Charlie was amazing from start to finish. We researched wedding photographers in depth before being introduced to Charlie who came highly recommended. Charlie was a pleasure to deal with. In preparation for the "big day" Charlie ensured that he had a thorough understanding of the venue, our schedule, and what we specifically wanted capturing. Charlie was the perfect blend of professional and personable. He is both a lovely guy and a natural photographer. He had a knack of blending into the background and at the same time being in the best places, at the right time, to capture great moments throughout the day. Charlie was with the bridal party bright and early, and stayed at our venue well into the evening. For that we think he was great value, and he was always on hand if we or a guest requested a specific photo be taken. Not only was Charlie a pleasure to deal with, and great on the day, but we were thrilled to see the quality and volume of photos that were taken. We would highly recommend Charlie to anyone looking for a wedding photographer.

  Charlie was great from start to finish. Communication was constant and he did everything to ensure we got the photos we wanted. I would also highly recommend him for his affordability as a wedding photographer, he was certainly more affordable than most! And finally he is such a lovely person which is always nice when you have someone photographing such an important day!

  I cannot recommend Charlie enough - we were let down by our original photographer, so I contacted Charlie just a few months before our wedding and he was fantastic from the very beginning, he responded very promptly to all my messages and was even willing to help us find a musician. Charlie was very considerate towards what me and Scott were looking for in a photographer, we asked for more relaxed, natural shots and that’s exactly what we got! We’ve had nothing but compliments about his work, 1 guest in particular didn’t even realise he was a photographer (until she saw the camera of course) she thought you were just another guest - he really did blend into the background, which is exactly what we asked for! I’ve had other compliments saying how polite he is, and how “contagious” Charlie’s smile is! Of course the final images just say it all, they are just perfect! They are exactly what we wanted! When first meeting with Charlie he told us he doesn’t have a set time to leave, he will leave when he feels he has enough images, I think it was 11pm when he finally said goodbye. I was amazed by the huge effort Charlie put into capturing every moment! Thank you for all your hard work Charlie - it was a pleasure having you photograph our special day. Our original photographer who cancelled on us was a blessing, I am so pleased we were lucky enough to have you!

  Amazing photos from such a wonderful photographer. So natural and didn’t even know he was there catching the best moments. He was everywhere without us even asking. From photographing the candid photos of our guests to making sure we get all family photos in. He came to the venue the day before so he could plan the best photos and was there from the very start of the day until well into the evening! He really did capture some of the best and most natural moments of our day and we will forever be grateful for these photos. All our guests got to ask for their own couple photos and he didn’t fail to capture the most perfect moments from our day. Wish we could do it all again. We received photos the day after our wedding, then all of them by the following month. Highly recommended if you want natural, candid photos of all your moments on your day.

  Thankyou to Charlie for doing the photos on our special day, as our wedding was a second time around we didn’t want a fuss Charlie totally understand what we were trying to achieve. Charlie's ability to disappear into the background and capture natural images was incredible. All our guests and family remarked how clever he was at taking those pictures, he was everywhere popping up from behind trees, bales of hay etc his ability to fade into the background was extremely clever The quality of the pictures that came back were amazing and there isn’t one that doesn’t make us smile and wish we could do it all again. I would 100% recommend Charlie

  Charlie is an outstanding photographer. Charlie has done two sets of sessions for us one ‘doorstep lockdown’ pictures and he also did mine and my husbands wedding day back in August. Charlie makes you feel comfortable every step of the way and made sure he captured every photo we wanted on the day, we had asked to have extra photos of my dad and my daughter as he was unwell and we sadly lost him back in October. These photos are absolutely fantastic and priceless and we can’t thank Charlie enough for capturing these for us. We hold these photos close to our hearts He made sure to capture every guest and every special moment you want to remember from your special day It’s fantastic that Charlie prepares one photo for you on the day so you have one to share while you wait for the rest, which were delivered in a excellent timescale. I’m currently in the process of putting all the photos into a wedding album and they look just as beautiful in person as they do on a screen I 100% recommend Charlie and we will be using him for any future events.

  I highly recommend using Charlie,he is an amazing man and outstanding photographer. Charlie made sure rose and I were happy with every shot that was going to be taken as well as any photos that we specifically wanted to capture on our special day. We had several pre wedding meetings to consolidate thoughts and feelings about what was to happen. Pre wedding photos of both of us getting ready, of course more of my beautiful wife and bridesmaids. He made sure that he got us in every possible light and angle during the ceremony in the church and captured it to perfection as well as all our family and friends crying. He seemed to disappear into the church walls but always looking for that perfect shot I must admit at this point for me everything was a blur, but Charlie had everything in focus. Once the ceremony was over despite the wind he managed to arrange us all for the exit photos and then into our carriage to the reception breakfast for some well needed libations and food to go with the speeches. (again he was always present but never seen) He stayed with us all day organising family members at the right time to get the shots we wanted and then well into the evening capturing all our happiness and excitement for the day for which I am eternally grateful. After it had all calmed down a few weeks later he came to us with the culmination of the best photos he'd captured, he allowed us to peruse at our leisure he gave us a handy memory stick with all photos on but also placed them securely online giving us access with a password where again we could decide what we would and wouldn't want everyone to see. Once we were happy we were forwarded a link to pass on to everyone who shared our special day, we along with all our guests would be able to download and or print our photos to keep, frame, hang on the wall to our hearts content so that we would never forget that most amazing day in our lives. My eternal gratitude goes to Charlie and my strongest recommendation goes to you if you are thinking of using him and his team for your day, he will make sure you are happy at every turn and seamlessly turn your thoughts into action on the day.
