Often helping guide even the scheduling of the wedding day, to accustom the needs of the guests and the bride. Which, as a helpless groom - I massively appreciate. They recorded our journey from prep, to the final dance. They were both incredibly patient, kind and charming. The output of their work - that is just as remarkable. Thank you so much for capturing our special day. You guys were incredible, not only as videographers, but incredible people. The best advice for anyone’s wedding is to have a videographer, who can capture all the little moments that you didn’t see yourself on your big day and allows you to reminisce on your first step as a married couple . From the first video call, we were committed to their services- just because Alex wanted to get to know us as a couple to see what we were interested in to portray that in our wedding video, and he did just that. Alex made sure we got our first highlight video as soon as we touched down in Croatia, on our mini moon. Things like this make their service that much more special and personal. Watching the highlights and the footage back, allowed us to view our wedding from a different perspective. You captured so many memories that we will cherish forever. Alex and Ellis were like friends of the family. They fitted in so well and joined in (even walked my grandparents to their room, so I was relaxed). It was honestly like having another family member to get ready with. I have had so many compliments about our wedding videos and how much they loved them both being there. Nothing was ever too much. Alex and Ellis are amazing! After always wanting a videographer, when planning we decided we wouldn't to keep costs down but then it hit me that we couldn't go without. We booked fairly close to the big day but this wasn't a problem for the guys, after an initial phone call with Alex I knew this was who we needed for our day. Alex was so re-assuring on the phone and on our zoom a week or so before the wedding. My partner and I don't necessarily find posing etc natural but with Alex and Ellis it was. Throughout the day they were amazing, so reassuring, capturing moments when you didn't notice they were there, not in your face at all, so natural! We've had our videos back and wow, they're beautiful. If you're considering this company for your big day, do it.

Going above and beyond to help out on the day, even with bridesmaids flowers etc which I’m sure aren’t part of their normal service! What an incredible company… we had Alex and Ellis video our wedding on the 15th of July 2022 and I cannot tell you what an amazing decision we made. They are so clever but so natural and created the most incredible videos for us. They captured our day and family perfectly and really understood us. We received our edit with a couple of days and the final copies of videos very quickly after. I love the way the final edits are set out, we had a long video of the whole day edited together and then separate videos for each part like ceremony, cake cutting etc. which I know is different to most companies we researched. It’s really tricky looking for suppliers at weddings and understanding what they offer but this was by far one of the best decisions of our wedding and we now have our memories captured incredibly to look back on forever. We booked Alex and his team for our wedding videographers simply because they had one package and it was explained in layman's terms. We had searched the web through other videographers and just couldn't understand everything they were trying to sell us. So when we come across Wedding Video Essex we were instantly hooked. From booking all the way through to the end of our wedding day and getting the videos, Alex and his team have been amazing. We had a video conference call to go through what the day would be like and then on the day the Alex arrived at the venue where I was getting ready and then Ellis arrived at the groom's venue where he was getting ready to start filing special moments right from the start. They then stayed the whole day until half way through the reception in the evening and even went out their way to travel to a destination break that myself and my husband went to mid way through the wedding. Alex made sure he had so much footage of us but was also incredibly discrete throughout the whole day. Ellis was too. It goes without saying that Alex and Ellis are not just videographers when you hire them. They are part of your wedding day. Alex is like having another bridesmaid added to your bridal party when getting ready in the morning! He was an absolute gem! Running around going up and down stairs asking the venue question and queries I had. Finding things out I wanted to know about my husband as Ellis was with him. Honestly just so helpful and just added to making the whole day more relaxed! Lastly. Credit needs to go the team that works behind the scenes that put all the footage together to make the film's as we received a highlights video of our wedding I think it was 2 days after the wedding! And then we got a further 7-8 videos (I think of the top of my head) of the whole wedding day 6 weeks later which are truly outstanding and fantastic quality. If anyone wants wedding videographers then you've found them right here.

These videographers are INCREDIBLE! They managed to squeeze us in last minute due to being let down. Starting from the initial contact, they were extremely friendly and responsive. On the day, they were just amazing! They were so relaxed and nothing was too much trouble. They worked amazingly as part of our “wedding team” and were so friendly. Now we have received our videos back and WOW! They captured absolutely everything perfectly! Edited beautifully. We are so happy that we can relive our day exactly how it was through the videos!
