Laura was fantastic from start to finish. From initial booking with lots of enquiries and forward/back emailing, to trial, run up to wedding and wedding day itself, I could not fault Laura. She is such a professional and makes you feel listened to and at ease. Hair and makeup trial took place in her lovely shop which was again faultless, she listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered. 12 weeks before, my wedding time got brought forward an hour meaning Laura had only 2 hours to get 4 of us hair and makeup ready and the result was like she had spent all day!! All of our makeup stayed in place and despite the wind my hair didn’t fall out at all. My mum and bridesmaids were over the moon.
