What a wonderful place. From start to finish, my mother and I were treated with such care. The shop is clean and well looked after, it is easy to be found and the staff there were wonderful. Everything we needed was there. Svetlana, worked with us whenever we visited; by the end she felt like family rather than someone who worked at the shop. Her knowledge of bridal gowns was exceptional and she made me feel incredibly special. Thank you, so much for everything.

The place is ok, I think there is a lot of options of dresses. I was there sometime back and didn’t find my dress here. What I was a bit disappointed with was lack of advise on the style. I wanted a stylist to help me to find something to complement my figure. Here I just got ‘you look pretty in them all’ which is not too helpful in selection 😂 If you are decided on the style, then this place is good for you. Very good selection of dresses, BUT for some reason in none of the dresses I could move or sit (I was after fish style) due to none stretchy material. My final dress is a fish style but from soft and stretchy material. Might be a coincidence that when I measured they didn’t have anything more flexy in stock or choice. More stiff dresses look great when one is standing (so if you optimise pictures and will change dress later it might be very good choice). Overall good experience and very pretty dresses.

They have a large and beautiful range of dresses and are very professional. They work with a wonderful seamstress and the alterations for my dress were perfect. Thank you!

I’ve been to 5 dress shops and this was my worst experience. I paid £30 and my guests only received a glass of water, not even tea or coffee (any others I’ve paid for have come with refreshments). I loved a dress but explained that it wasn’t comfortable as the boning was too long for my body and dug into my stomach - an issue I’ve had with a few dresses. I was quite rudely told that I needed to accept a dress won’t be comfortable and that there was nothing I could do about it. Safe to say I’ve found a very comfortable dress elsewhere which fits perfectly. All around not a great experience and I’d suggest there are other shops with a more personal service
