I went to web2b in Swindon to choose my wedding dress. As soon as we entered the store, myself and my 4 daughters were made to feel welcome. It was a very exciting time for me but I was very nervous but my assistant Bryony put me at ease. I couldn't of wished for a better assistant to help me and it didn't take long for me to say "yes to the dress" and when I did I got cheers from some of the other ladies that work there. Rhea and Gemma were really attentive and helpful when I visited Wed2B in Swindon. Rhea was calm and friendly which made picking a dress a pleasure and not stressful in anyway! I had the whole shop to myself as I went on a weekday and would recommended other brides do the same for a more personal experience. I tried a range of styles but appreciate stock varies so it may be that more/ less styles are available at different times. I am really happy with my purchases and the experience. Thanks ladies!

Popped into ti just view the dresses for plus size girls was wowed by the amount they had, Sammie was fantastic nothing was too much trouble and after several dresses I bought the first one I tried .. prices are fantastic and quality great deffo recommend xxxx

I went to Web2B as my first wedding dress shop after hearing really great reviews from several people at work and it lived up to what everyone had said! No appointment was needed and I wss seen to very quickly when i went in. I had the lovely Mariah helping me try on dresses and she was extremely helpful, supportive and kind. I tried on four dresses initially and then had to take a break due to the shop getting busy, which was fine as it allowed me and my enterage of bridesmaids, mum and mum in law to go through our thoughts and opinions over coffee. When I went back I was able to see Mariah again and she helped me with three additional dresses and comparing them to my favourite dress from the first round. Mariah was very patient and helped me with accessories and getting a good feel for the dress. I was able to say yes to the dress! The shop is lovely, very relaxed, I didn't feel even the slightest bit pressured to by my dress that day but I loved it so much I couldn't leave it behind. Massive thank you to Mariah!!

I called ahead to check if the store had the two dresses in that I had found online. They did however Tiffany encouraged me to try on lots of different styles and I am so glad she did. I left with a dress I would never have thought I would pick. A really lovely experience and Tiffany was so helpful and friendly, not salesy or pushy at all. I felt very relaxed. We went on a Friday and it was quiet enough to try on more without having to queue.

Mariah was amazing! I've been to four wedding dress shops and wedtobe was by far the best with customer service, the staff are friendly and helpful. Mariah was so good, definitely ask for her if you go to the Swindon branch. I saw the dress online before my second visit to wedtobe and within 20 minutes I said yes to the dress. Really happy with it, it's identical to a much more expensive one that I had seen but a lot less money for the same quality. Very happy

I had the most amazing experience trying on wedding dresses for my special day. Nyah made me feel at ease straight away, she listened to everything I wanted and was constantly reassuring me. Nothing was too much for her, she added little details to my dress, that she knew was missing just to make sure it was what I was looking for. I just want to thank her again for everything she did and for helping me choice my dress! I will be recommending to everyone.

We had an amazing time at WED2B Swindon looking for my wedding dress and my bridesmaid dresses! It was very successful! After trying on a my four chosen dresses then a couple more.. I found my dress 😊 Nyah was so wonderful and really listened to what I was looking for and basically made it happen! Couldn’t thank her enough ❤️ We didn’t feel rushed and could try things on again if needed. Once I was done we were able to sort out my bridesmaids dresses almost immediately after! Nyah once again helped us through the whole process, was super lovely and patient with us! We were so happy with everything, thankyou!

I have visited Wed2B because my friend has recommended it. I have found my wedding dress, yes, but prepare yourself as the shopping assistant will push you to buy stuff you won't need. No bride needs a polyester underskirt in July. I said twice I don't like it and it doesn't feel needed but I felt strongly pushed into buying it, only to return it later because even my seamstress said I'm not going to need it and that Wed2B is famous for pushing this sale on brides. So prepare yourself to be strong and say "no" if you don't want it. I could not return the bag which was also pushed on me, because their policy says you can't return bags ... Another thing to watch out for (and I admit this could be my fault)- if you found your dress online, even though it's on the website of the branch you will visit, call and check if they have it as they actually might not have it in store. Otherwise, a good choice of dresses.
