Went in to order bridesmaids dresses. Process of trying on and ordering was great, had lots of help, but we had to wait quite a while to be seen, and we could see lots of staff standing about chatting. We didn't mind waiting but we felt a bit forgotten about. Otherwise good experience.

As other low scoring reviews have mentioned the staff really need to receive some customer service training. Greeted by an older lady who seemed rather perturbed at being asked for some assistance (annoyed at working on a Sunday??), her snobby attitude to general questions and her demeanour indicated we were wasting our time and soon left afterwards. For a shop located in a rundown area, opposite Wetherspoons and a stones throw away from the local knocking shop and YMCA, to then be greeted by Hyacinth Bucket who acted like she was working in harrods is laughable.

Very limited stock and availability. Staff were rude and dismissive when questions were asked. Store was empty however we were told several times that someone else was trying on dresses. Clearly they are unable to handle more than one customer at a time. Avoid!!
