  They were brilliant, I didn't expect to find 'the one' but I guess it was meant to be. They made me feel comfortable and happy throughout my session of trying on dresses, Teeda was helping me in and out of them and answering all my questions so brilliantly. Was lovely as a couple of her colleagues came and shared complimentary thoughts which reinforced how beautiful I felt in the dress. Only put 4 stars not 5 because they reassured me they'd make sure the dress had quality checks before I took the dress home as it kinda needed looking over. But that wasn't the case when I then bought it, they have reassured me that a seamstress will do that for free with them as a contact to the seamstress but I guess time will tell - hopefully I won't have any trouble!

  Terrible service. The girls all have attitude! Clearly want to sell sell sell anything to anyone ...no care to actually help or understand your situation .. fake promises made... most dresses not great as worn 100000 of times and when you ask what they do with the marks .. they say 'should be able to sort it'. Ridiculous wait times.. when you have a look at dresses while waiting you are addressed with sit down...all they do is make you look yourself when they are available so no wonder the wait is years. I cant express how awful ..awful service was provided ... the company is let down by its staff more than the over worn dresses. Left this place disheartened and upset.

  Veronica did an absolutely amazing job with making me feel special, and gave me a lot of her time to help me find “the dress”. She listened to what I wanted but also pushed the barrier for me to try new things. She did change my mind on one thing, which certainly helped me make the decision to say “yes to the dress”! Now I really can’t wait for my wedding! Thank you so much! 😊

  Went to try on some dresses yesterday and wow what an amazing experience. Staff was lovely and a massive thank you to amy who helped me into all the dresses. Very good experience here and I would definitely recommend. Smiles all round .

  I visited Wed2b today with the expectation that nothing could compete with the expensive dress I has previously tried on. However I was so impressed with the range of styles and price's. I was looked after by Veronika who I can't thank and praise enough for her advice, making me feel comfortable and feel beautiful. She is truly an asset to wed2b and chose the dress I ended up saying yes to!! Veronica you were ABSOLUTELY amazing and I can not thank you enough for making this an experience to remember and such a special day. Thank you all at wed2b for making this a day to remember. 10/10 would recommend any bride to visit here and ask for Veronika you won't be disappointed

  I visited the store Saturday just gone I went in knowing what style and kind of dress I wanted to try on and looking for, when it come to picking dresses I was kind of pushed to try different to what I wanted because “most brides end up choosing different to what they thought they wanted” when that might be true to most brides that wasn’t for me, I know what I want in a wedding dress and I didn’t get a choice or did I try on any dress that I actually wanted to, it felt kind of rushed and felt that they was more self absorbed in what they wanted to sell more than what you want, when it come to fitting rooms my family with me noticed every other bride trying on dresses was offered a robe to wear during each dress change, that was not the case for me I was left in my under wear feeling very uncomfortable with each dress change, me and my family did not appreciate the service we got today and will not be returning

  Just bought my wedding dress last week. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Charlotte who helped me to find my perfect wedding dress and helped me with the fitting. Fitting room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Overall a lovely experience.

  I really liked the experience I had at WED2B Southampton branch. I originally entered without expecting anything, thought I will have just another browsing session, but in the end I ended up buying the dress! I liked the welcoming from the staff, they were really nice. With my friend I had to wait a bit, which was understandable on a Saturday. Amy (I think that was the ginger haired lady's name) took us and signed me in, and then informed us how it works in the shop, she asked about the styles and features I am looking for. Then she professionally recommended a few dresses, which matched perfectly what I was looking for. Then Amy handed me to Emma who took me to the changing rooms. The rooms are super spacious, and they had the podiums already inside, which was really nice compared to my previous experiences. Emma was so professional, she came with an underskirt and handed a face cover, kindly assisted with getting the dresses on and suggested what type of lingerie I should wear on the big day. She also was so patient, especially when I made phone calls to approve the dress that I felt will be the one. Overall it was a really nice experience, they exceeded the quality of performance to the other bridal shops I have been before. I also liked that I did not have to book an appointment, and the prices were good as well. I'd bravely recommend this shop to any future brides.
