Lovely store to visit, Deborah was absolutely lovely to us and made us feel very welcome, she explained the process to us so well and answered any questions we had, Chloe then took over and was just amazing! She is so polite and really listened to what I was looking for, she even pointed out dresses she thought I might like to which one of her choices I bought :) not only was Chloe very patient and attentive with me but she also included my bridal party. Chloe has a fab eye for detail she could tell I didn't like a dress just by my posture all in all I had a very unstressful, exciting and enjoyable experience and walked out of the store with my dress in 2 hours! Thanks ladies you both are such an asset to the company xx

Went to Wed2B Manchester back in January to pick out a dress. Looking back on the experience, we were quite rushed by the staff, and I felt a little pressured to buy then and there. I know nothing about dresses so was very reliant upon the knowledge of the staff. I liked a dress I tried on and assumed that the dress was done up correctly as the attendant didn’t say otherwise and didn’t offer alternative sizes to what I was trying on, so I bought it. They told me not to take it out the box until I took it to a seamstress nearer my wedding date (With hindsight this should have been a red flag, but I though they knew what they were on about so didn’t think anything of it). When I took it to my seamstress last month, she told me that there is no way it would fit and would cost basically the price of the dress again to alter! We found pictures on my phone to show that it didn’t fit at time of purchase (Attached) so contacted customer service to see what could be done. The customer service team over email couldn’t have been more helpful about the situation and were absolutely amazing, allowing me to go to another Wed2B store to exchange my dress and providing me with the option to ship a dress in to try if I wanted to. Now having had that experience at another Wed2B store I can safely say that my experience at Wed2B Manchester was not at all a positive one. I’m just glad I was able to have another experience elsewhere. Great customer service online, but bad customer service at the Manchester store! Even if it’s a little further away, just travel to a different branch. It’s not worth the stress and upset later for the convenient central location now.

The staff lovely. But god, went in. Told to sit. Grand. Sat for an hour. Then told to pick some dresses again lonely lady. She put the dresses on the hanger. Again told to sit down. Jesus two hours later, still was not our turn.. think just not enough staff.. all I wanted to do was try two dress's. Sitting for near three hours. Just had to leave. I think something they may want to adopt is taking a name and number. Let people go off and then call 10/20 before they need to come back

Once chloe knew the definite design my daughter wanted ( after trying on various styles) she knew exactly which dress to show her . My daughter instantly fell in love and came away with the dress of her dreams . Absolutely 5 star 🌟

A great experience from start to 'Yes'! I met my daughter and three of her friends here to look at wedding dresses. She literally had no idea of the sort of dress she wanted so was starting from square 1. Hollie welcomed us with such warmth that we immediately felt at home and she was wonderful at helping her narrow down the initial choices. Maddi was our consultant thereafter and simply could not do enough to help. Her enthusiasm was infectious and her knowledge of the range and styles available was so helpful as we narrowed down the options based on various qualities of each dress tried. The whole episode was great fun and we really felt like Maddi, Hollie and Monica were all really onside. Their excitement at seeing each dress was entirely genuine and their comments were really insightful and helpful. Once she said 'Yes' the team were excited with us, and professional and helpful as we moved to pay and package up the dress. I could not recommend the shop and ladies more highly - felt like we had the champagne service at prosecco prices!

After looking in so many other shops and struggling to find the dress for me. Monica at the Manchester Wed2B branch helped me to find my dress! She allowed me to take my time, find the style for me and made sure I had all I needed. I left with my dress and cannot wait to wear it! I cannot thank Monica and the team at Manchester enough.
