My mum and I visited Wed2b Chelmsford yesterday to try on some dresses for my wedding next year. I was quite nervous as this was the first Bridal shop I was visiting. The store itself was spacious and so clean! It was set out nicely with sofas and the changing rooms were also very spacious and clean. When we arrived, we spoke with Nicola and another Lady and they were so friendly and welcoming. I told them ideas of what I liked and I got to go around the shop and pick out four dresses to try first. Nicola was very helpful and knowledgeable which was handy as I’d never tried on a dress before nor really knew exactly what I would be looking for. I picked my dresses and went through to the changing rooms whereby Lottie helped me change into the dresses. Lottie was extremely friendly and helpful too. She gave me different ideas on how to style each dress, adding hair accessories and veils. I chose a dress that Lottie picked whilst I was in the changing room and didn’t pick it myself from the store. From trying on the dresses, Lottie knew exactly what I had in mind, what type of dress suited my figure and also how I could make it my own by adding bits to it such as my veil and hair accessories etc. The whole afternoon was stress-free and really enjoyable thanks to all the staff at Wed2b Chelmsford, especially Lottie and Nicola - thank you! As my wedding is in Portugal, they even helped me with how I will transport my dress over there which I was stressing about before. I bought a small zip up storage case for the dress that was sold in the shop which is cabin sized so I can take this with me on the plane next year. Thank you Wed2b Chelmsford, I would definitely recommend you to all my friends and family.

I found my dress yesterday at wed2be in Chelmsford and I just had to write a review to say how amazing the service was! Abbie was so helpful from start to finish and really listened to what I was asking for. As well as making her own suggestions which in the end paid off as I chose one of the dresses she'd picked out for me. It was nothing like i was expecting to want! 5* customer service! xx

First time going was to purchase my wedding dress and honestly the young lady heloung me i couldnt fault she was so lovely and helpful and i actually found a dress completely dofferent ti what i thought yet fell in love. Unfortunately when i went back for bridesmaids dresses it was a completely different experience. The lady i first see was not there, the older lady with short hair and glasses made the day very stressful, upsetting and i ended up walking out crying in the car. I feel she could do with some customer service traing woth how to speak and deal with people. Shes very rudely spoken aswell. Gave the size bridesmaids dresses to try and told there you go, no help no advice. Just an all out bad experience and completely different to the 1st visit.

Had such a lovely experience at the Chelmsford store today with Jess, she explained everything, made me feel at ease, nothing seemed forced or trying to make a sale like in many other boutiques. I was actually very pleasantly surprised at the amount of selection there was, and I said yes to the dress! Highly recommend, lovely environment, very personal, and whilst Jess deserves special recognition, all of the staff were warm and welcoming

Wonderful experience for my friend who is the bride. Loved that they had lots of difference sizes and what a difference it is to actually be able to pop your correct size on. My friend found her dress... the service was amazing, staff are happy and friendly and listened to what my friend was looking for. I would definitely recommend going here for brides, flower girls and bridesmaid dresses.
