My intention coming into the shop today was just to see and to try some wedding dresses for the very first time ... And I ended up choosing one! Jayne could not have been nicer and more helpful. She understood exactly what I was looking for, she was all the time with me helping me to get changed and explaining everything about the dresses, took pictures so I could share them with my loved ones before making the decision (I came to the shop on my own) and gave me the best tips about wedding planning. Went to the Belfast store on Saturday past, was greeted by Lucy who looked after me for the duration! I didnât have much expectations, being plus size I assumed there would be little to choose from. I was shocked and ended up buying my dress the next day. There was a huge variety & the customer service really made the whole experience so magical. It was everything Iâve dreamed of for dress shopping. Lucy gave me advice, supported me trying the dresses on and helped ease my nerves. The rest of the girls in the shop were also very supportive. There was no push to buy a dress there and then and it was a very chilled atmosphere. Highly recommend this shop. Also canât thank Lucy enough for helping me pick my dream dress, she is a credit to the store & from the moment I walked in until after I purchased the dress the experience was 5*. Thank you Lucy & all the girls in the shop for being apart of my bridal experience

Amazing experience with Wed2B buying my beautiful wedding dress! I bought my wedding dress with Beth two weeks ago - I canât recommend Beth highly enough! She made me feel so comfortable and beautiful from start to finish! Her knowledge of wedding dresses is outstanding and her manner is so welcoming and comfortable! While trying on a few dresses that I had picked, Beth was listening intently to our wedding plans and she handpicked a dress for me that she thought would suit me but also suit our Italian wedding ideas. The dress was even more beautiful than I could have imagined and she helped me to pick accessories to go with it! Furthermore, Beth kindly let me return after Iâd bought the dress to try it on with my Granny and two great aunties - a special memory that I will treasure. Just amazing. Before visiting, I contacted the store with a query on whether I needed to book an appointment or not. A staff member named Phoebe not only answered my question but also asked what style I wanted and provided me with details of dresses they had in stock that matched my description and my size. This made visiting the store even easier as I knew exactly what I was looking for. Entering the store we were greeted by Nikita who was extremely helpful. I was helped into my dresses by Jayne who made the experience so enjoyable. Jayne was extremely friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond, asking what I liked specifically about each dress and if I had tried any other dresses before. All staff are a credit to the company. After visiting a number of bridal shops, WED2B provided the best service and helped me find my dream dress! Thank you!

I went to my first shop yesterday to start my journey of dress shopping, myself and my family were greeted by Erin who was the most amazing girl to help me she made my experience so much better than I imagined it to be the girls at the shop were so lovely and wonderful I left the shop with my dress and my accessories and also left feeling fantastic not only about my choice but my whole experience that I had because of Erin, ladies once again a massive thank you for making the day and experience I will never forget will totally be recommending your shop to other brides
