Instructed Websters to do a survey on a house we were buying, plus floorplan and market valuation. We were assigned Ed Ellis who was professional, knowledgeable & thorough, also very helpful with follow up questions to clarify some of the points mentioned in the survey. He was also happy to advise on further matters that arose during the conveyancing process. I got several quotes for a red book survey for probate and Websters was the most reasonable albeit significantly higher than a similar survey I had done on a property in Wales. Notwithstanding the cost (which I assume is London prices), the service was excellent - efficient and comprehensive. The report was very thorough. Nicky Welson, the surveyor allocated for this work, was excellent and happy to help with queries and give additional advice. I have no hesitattion in recommending this company.

I instructed Websters to undertake a RICS valuation of a property which a private buyer had offered to purchase. Their valuation was undertaken quickly and efficiently, providing very useful advice for the sale. In particular they noted that the development potential of the property would increase the valuation significantly with appropriate planning permission. They also suggested how the sale contract might be worded to ensure I shared in any gain by the buyer. The report and advice from Rafal and Richard was very helpful in negotiating a good price.
