    I signed up with this company for a 3-year Window Hosting package about a year ago because it was one the cheapest around. I now regret it The company is based in India and on the web chat and all the support staff uses alias English names. A trick in book to win customers or shall I say another way to show that it is a UK based company. The registered UK address is only an alias or virtual office and the company’s telephone number 020 3…. is a virtual number too. The past 16 years I have been with 1&1, IONOS, Goddady, Fasthost, names.co.uk but never experienced issues with my website going down (server reliability) or SSL security matters. Their server is highly unreliable. Within a year alone, I recall my website went down no less than on 7 occasions. Also, the SSL deregistered on many occasions which I used to find out from customer who would tell me that they could not access my website. More of a serious concern, today, I noted they took out money from my PayPal for so called ‘Domain Transfer’. What after 1 year you decided steal from a customer’s bank account for something that has already been paid already with the package that was purchased at the outset? Small amount perhaps, some people may not even check this or ignore it altogether. Fraud, scam, you name it, this is notoriously rotted with many high tech companies operating from India and this is a classic example of it. Most of the staff are like robots and do not address the issue. The owner of the company who called himself a ‘Sam’, yes another alias name is arrogant and rude. He doesn’t understand the principles of good customer services. If they do not refund my full package, the next step for me is to call the authorities here in UK to ensure that they do not have a platform to operate business. UK customers, please stay away from this company.

    Awful service, have 10 months left will leave...told there is unlimited storage..technically correct but inodes is an issue apparently...prior to this issue it had gone down on me at least 3 times. Now there is this issue it's a daily occurrence. Won't help me resolve it, service is appauling. No apologies, no phone line for technical support. Slow speeds, rude staff...avoid avoid avoid!!! Probably will stop my server because of this review! Please do yourself a favour and choose someone else...the price isn't cheap in comparison to others either!

    Good hosting if you dont experience any technical difficulties above the level of sharpening a pencil, The support side of things leaves an awfull lot to be desired, from opening a support ticket for an email sending problem all i got was please wait a bit longer or a response telling me the problem was exactly the same as i had told them in the ticket, 28 hours later still no resolution despite me pointing out the obvious that the problem was relay authentication on their server, If you think this is bull I have the chat transcripts to prove every word. so as its still not fixed its quicker for me to change hosts than wait for "Support"
