Do not bother going to this place to this address. It is just offices. The staff member I met at the door didn't even give a flying f.... About me making a journey to see if I can get a lawn mower he just come out with what webpage bin out for year because of cov19 same old excuse . I said you want to change your web page so nobody else makes the same mistake. All I got was in walking away and grumbling not very good customer service

I have never written a review before, but Webb have left me so incensed I had to. I brought a mower via Amazon which was in stock and could be delivered in 3 working days. 5 days later I gave chase as no mower had arrived, according to Webb it had been delivered and signed for by me (it hadn't!). After 2 weeks back and forth, having to fill in various forms to legally confirm it had not been received by me the mower hadn't arrived. I've just been told it's now out of stock until at least October (bloody great!). Katie and the customer service team promised numerous call backs, they didn't bother, so I had to do all the chasing, overall a complete waste of my time and effort - bunch of amateurs. Spend a bit more a buy a Hyundai instead of dealing with these idiots.

Brought the web classic R460ES as this model has the electric to replace my 15yr old brigs & Stratton Got hard to start. In the 6 months I have had the machine it has been in for repair twice for the electric start not working and if you do get it to start once it is warm if you stop machine ie= to empty grass box it is very hard to re start would NOT recommend this mower to anybody will definitely replace

I had a hover mowers for years but when I needed to replace thought I would try a different one. I wish I had stuck to a hover mower now. The mower is hard to fold down for storage when the mower needs emptying the grass will not come out of the bag so have to put your hand in to get the grass out not impressed at all.

Electric start would not work,alright on pull.Contacted and girl could not offer help.said it could have been damaged in transit,she forwarded e mail with info on how to rectify but to avail.Hopefully the service agent will sort it in the future.I am 84 years old with health problems.The machine is too fast for me,nearly pulled me over, no way of adjusting speed.The mower is a good one but it’s not for someone like me.Try before you buy if you can.Perhaps Webb could point this out in their sales information.
