What a rip-off company Web Oil is for heating oil, Web Oil price 12/2/23 80.70p per litre, Boiler Juice price 12/2/23 69.86p per litre. Based on 500 litres. That’s £54.20 ex vat more at Web Oil.

They refused to deliver the oil purchased. Claiming that they could not access my property. This has never happened before in the last 7 years (over 20 oil purchases) Disgraceful behaviour. Never never order from them again.

Yet again order and pay for oil says will be delivered on a certain date and it doesn’t show up! You then have to call them and chase when it will be delivered not good if your running low as so unreliable. Terrible customer service

One star because I can't give zero. Took my order via BoilerJuice, in February. Notified two weeks later that they weren't going to fulfil. If they weren't going to deliver, why take the order off the queue, leaving me, with a substantially higher cost per litre. I won't be using Web Oil, I suggest you don't.

They only got 1 star because you cant do no stars. Terrible company accept order for Oil, and take payment then 3 weeks later reneged on the contract saying they have no oil and cancelled the order due. Yet you can still order from them at the new price at over double the original order price. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Ordered oil on Sunday and picked slot FOR following Tuesday. Received email Monday saying order accepted. Friday - No oil and no further communication. Second time this has happened. WILL NOT USE WEBOIL AGAIN!

This company is like all other oil suppliers. I ordered my oil on 21st Jan 2022 for delivery on 25th Jan as I had completely run out of oil (meaning no hot water or heating at all). I put a note on the order to call me when the delivery arrived as I would have to unlock the tank. 25th came around and not a single call, no oil delivered either. I called customer service the next day and the local company (that web oil had chosen as our supplier) said I was due for delivery on 28th. This would have left me without heating for over a week. In the end the oil came on Thursday 27th. The customer service was terrible. They said they had tried to deliver but the tank was locked! Well of course - if they had read my delivery instructions (there is a specific place for this when placing the order) they would have read “when you arrive, please call me on the below number as I will have to get someone to unlock the tank for you”. The worst part is now I have only just been billed for the oil. £413.60 just came out of my account today. This is over 3 WEEKS after I placed the order! Fair enough I have to pay, but I thought I had payed when I entered my card details. I did not expect to be charged over 2 weeks after delivery of the oil! This company is a joke and I would not recommend them at all.

Last 2 orders looked competitive and timely. Neither materialised. Company sends an initial email with ORDER CONFIRMATION in big letters at the top. Read the small print, which says if order accepted another email will come. 2 days later (2 days before delivery due) the order is rejected. Not good at all.
