We picked Zak Weavers, after finding his phone number quite by chance, and, even though we didn’t know him and were not recommended to him by anybody in particular, when we met him we found him to be very personable so decided that we would like to work with him as a sole agent. We weren’t worried that he didn’t have an office, and he was always very contactable through e mails and phone calls. We had some very professional photos taken by Zak which we are sure persuaded buyers to view, and we achieved the asking price , after two offers, ( one of which fell through),for our property quite quickly and did not encounter any problems, so it was a stress free process from the beginning which left us to concentrate on all the other things one has to do when clearing a house. We would recommend Zak Weavers to anybody we know who is thinking of selling or buying a property. We have seen some photos of properties taken by estate agents that don’t do the property any favours at all, but this wasnt the case with ours.
