Job was cancelled on advice of there technical surveyor who came to review the salesman's quote as the offered service would not resolve the problems - this was at Easter. My view is this is a good service to double check quotes given are correct. Was promised a cheque refund was ready to post on 12th April however nearly 5 weeks later still no refund had been received. Rang today and had a very apologetic call back from the owner who refunded the deposit within 20 minutes. Whilst not great to start with everything was sorted very quickly once he was aware and no pressure was applied to take the job quite the opposite when it had been reviewed.

Brilliant service from the start till the end. Everyone was really friendly. The work itself was done brilliantly. Dean who did the rod installation was great and left no mess at all. Really good guy. Dan who came to do our plasterering was great and did a really good job. Chris who I've been speaking to the most was great and really helpful. Friendly advisors, free no pressure quote. I had work done for rising damp at a very reasonable price Fitters who carried out the work and inserted damp rods into my wall were very professional and friendly, clearing up after themselves. No mess was left and they disposed of all the old plaster. I would highly recommend this company.

Their surveyor Jim came out. He seemed very nice, however this was a high pressure sales event whereby they give you a very high quote which you can think about forever and a low quote which only applies the same day so you feel pressured to agree to it. I decided not to agree to it as I felt extremely stressed and always get two quotes for everything. Jim left me with a lowish quote then I think as he had lost the sale and appeared annoyed that I hadn't fallen for this tactic. I have left this review with elderly in mind who might not be as strong as me in being able to say no if the service isn't right for them. I don't like giving negative reviews, however high pressure sales tactics are not nice for vulnerable people.

Won't come out to quote unless my wife is also present. My wife has no interest in loft insulation! Their company policy of requiring all homeowners present for just a survey is absolutely bonkers. This is 2023, where is the common sense!
