I was sent out faulty guide bearings twice for a spindle moulder cutter head, it was an expensive bearing so I couldn’t afford to just Chuck it and get another without mentioning it and obviously a chattering guide on a spindle moulder will not only ruin the work but is also potentially very dangerous to the operator, in itself that would not be enough to make me leave a bad review, these things happen, the unnecessary rudeness of the two members staff I had to speak to about replacing and then returning the items has certainly made that the last time I will buy anything from them again.
