I had suffered with a knee injury & following Physio, Sarah’s classes were excellent for helping me to regain further flexibility & strength. I joined Sarah’s Pilates class in September 2021. Health wise I am very lucky with no serious problems but I felt that some form of exercise would be very beneficial for me and I wanted to improve my flexibility and core strength. Sarah’s class numbers are small which means she has time for everyone, they are fun and each one is different and she is an excellent experienced teacher and extremely knowledgeable and patient. I now feel much fitter, stronger and more mobile and flexible and I look forward to each class and I’m so glad I joined

I started Pilates September 2021 . I had a few issues with ongoing lower back , frozen shoulder and generally feeling out of shape . I started with 1 class a week and Sarah was very supportive making sure we were all doing the right breathing and movement s correctly. I really enjoyed the classes so after Christmas stepped it up to 2 classes a week and what a difference in toning up and my body getting so much stronger , changing shape just by carrying myself properly. Sarah’s classes have been a godsend over the last year. When I started I had little feeling through my left arm and hand due to a spinal issue and my legs could feel numb at times. Sarah creates a safe, knowledgable and positive environment whilst explaining clearly the basics of Pilates. My body has changed so much - I have feeling back in my arm and hand, my abdominal muscles and back are stronger and due to breath work I feel more relaxed. It has made a real difference in my day to day life and I can’t wait for the next term!

I have been attending Sarah's Pilates classes for the last 5 years. I have lower back problems and find her mat classes very beneficial and essential for me. I feel much stronger in my core and my back is certainly better. Sarah always asks at the beginning of her sessions if anyone has any concerns or injuries and includes specific exercises that focuses on these. During lockdown Sarah quickly setup Zoom classes and now restrictions are starting to lift I am very much looking forward to getting back to face to face classes.

Sarah is the best Pilates teacher I have ever had. For the 8 years that I have been with her, no two sessions were ever the same which keeps me alert to every movement. Her instructions are clear and her deep knowledge of the discipline shines through when she tells us which muscle we should be working on and how.
