Weald Stick Man Play Area is part of the famous and much-loved Stick Man Play Trail! It is marked as Far Away Bay! It is located right next to the Visitor Centre and adjacent car park. It has a stunning view of the Weald Lakes, Belvedere Field, Fallow Deer Enclosure across the horizon! Be mindful of the slope as the area is not flat. While children are playing, they can observe the Fallow Deers walking along the fence with a friendly welcoming look! Very disappointed to see the lack of accessible inclusive play equipments! Each area of the trail has some hidden challenge to solve. At Far Away Bay, search for unusual stick, the whole alphabet and numerical numbers if you have time to explore! This play area is catered for younger children. Stick Man sitting in the middle of a Sandpit is a perfect place to take some family photos. A play boat, climbing play structures, and Swings are some of the Play equipments available here! Stick Man Play Trail is a very exciting and challenging play trail for all the family. Stick Man Play Trail is inspired by the much loved children's character from the best-loved book by Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler! It is one of the key attractions of the Weald Country Park! It is free for visitors during the park opening hours. Visitor Centre charges small fee for the Stick Man Play Trail map. Alternatively, you can take a picture of the map displayed on the notice board. The Stick Man Play Trail covers just over a mile of the Park going through the deer enclosure, the lake and the grazing area. There are seven play areas to enjoy on the route with areas to climb, swing, crawl through the logs & trees! The trail is designed to maintain the essence of the historic country park!
