Arrived on site (Crowborough), to find that we had a water leak. The following morning we got up to find that the caravan next to ours was being serviced by Steve. My wife asked whether Steve could take a look at our leak. 5 minutes later our problem was solved, so thanks to Weald of Kent Caravan Services I can now wash the dishes without flooding our van.

He serviced our caravan inside and out, explained what he was doing the whole way through and taught me a few things I didn’t know about my van and we’ve had it a year! He fills you with confidence in his work because he’s so thorough and his knowledge is 2nd to none 👌🏻. My dad has been using him for about 8 years and we can’t recommend him enough.

Steven first helped us out with a repair, We now get him to service our caravan every year and he also services our friends caravans and a motor home. Nothing is too much trouble and he is very tidy and professional. He explains what needs to be done and quotes what it will cost, and we always feel like we get good value for money. Thank you for an excellent job. Originally called out as another company had done damage to our brakes and wanted to check everything was safe. Steven not only done full service on brakes but, also found few more faults, which he corrected without hesitation. I now feel confident next time we go out in our van that it is safe. I would definitely recommend Steven and will be using again for a full service.
