Excellent service by Lewis & the team ***** We were served notice unexpectedly and were given only 7 days to get the snagging done and reported which I thought would be impossible (especially at Christmas). I was wrong however - Lewis and Amanda could not have been more accommodating, very kindly moved their schedule around to make space for us. On the day Lewis turned up bang on time, was ultra polite & professional. He spent a surprising amount of time checking everything out in extreme detail which I honestly didn’t expect for the relatively low cost. The service even involved a thermal inspection of radiators etc. I received the full report on the same day & Lewis found 80+ issues, which I would never have spotted myself. The report is very professional and I’ll be handing it to the construction company in the morning. Thanks again Lewis & the team. You’ve been great and I cannot thank you enough for fitting me in at such short notice. Highly recommended!

After waiting for over a year for the developers of my new build to return to deal with the snagging of the property, I reached out to Lewis to create our own professional list. He was thorough, professional, friendly and chock full of expertise. Whilst I could see a few things that needed fixing, he was able to create a complete list, including full builder spec descriptions. He was also able to advise on what should and shouldn't be included on a snagging list. After his visit I quickly received the full report which I was able to send on to the developer. All in all a 100% amazing service at a price that will make you smile. Don't do a snagging list yourself, Lewis can show you all the things you never even knew should be included. Highly recommended.

Communication was excellent, a thorough report was delivered at a great price and Lewis was generally just great to talk to. The builders handed over my extension and I was not happy with the quality of the finish, I contacted Lewis @ we Snag any home and arranged a visit, he turned up when he said and gave me a very in depth Snag report which I handed over to my builder. All snagging is now complete and my wife and myself are very happy with the outcome. I can highly recommend Lewis @ we Snag any home.
