Absolutely rubbish, don’t deal with them. Went all the way to Coventry with the amazing valuation they had given me on website,( my car is immaculate ) to then tell me they would only give me a lot less than the valuation. They said the system had given me the wrong valuation for some reason but having gone back onto the website for another quote, again, it came up with exactly the same valuation?????? COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!!! 🤬 seems to me like their praying on peoples misfortunes . Giving us excellent valuations to then lower it, so people think well were here might as well agree, save the hassle. Shame on you 😡
