  Having waited a month to consider my comments and write something constructive I can only say that these people are crooks, avoid at all costs. I am serving military and have moved every two years for the last fifteen years, across the country and in and out of Germany. I have used half a dozen different companies and this one was by a considerable distance the worst. Firstly, they do not conduct a survey to assess how much belongings you have. Therefore they (intentionally in my opinion) underestimate the quantity. Then, after taking an initial deposit, they waited till 1900 the evening before the move to email and say that full payment was due immediately or they won’t be turning up the next day. With no opportunity to question or refuse. The team that turned up were very courteous and conducted themselves professionally. They spent the day packing our belongings into boxes, before loading them onto a van and taking them away to their storage facility, which I thought a bit odd. Immediately we get another email saying we went over our allocation of boxes and we now owe a further £500. It appears that no matter what you say you have in your self survey (we had outlined what we had), you are allocated 40 boxes, but they do not specify the size of the boxes. For reference, our microwave fit in one box. As a normal 4 bedroom house, we filled 100 boxes. The packing team at no point told us we were over our allocation, nothing was mentioned. Once they had all of our belongings in their storage, we were given the charge and, again, told they would not turn up the following day if we didn’t pay. To hire a van and do it ourselves would have cost £90. However, we were not given such a choice. The next day, only two small vans turned up to move all our furniture, the garden furniture and the contents of the garage, all of which we had included on the self survey. Obviously it didn’t fit. Once the vans were full, They headed off to our new house to wait to unload. This was about 1100. A charge we were made aware of was key waiting time beyond 1200. Keys were released at 1215 triggering the key waiting charge. However, the team had already downed tools at 1100 to wait, due to insufficient load capacity. Were they able to continue, they would not have been waiting for keys, as they would still have been packing our belongings at our old house. As it was, the delay for the keys (15mins) was nothing to that caused by them not having sufficient load capacity and having to return to our old property to reload and go again. We finally waved goodbye to the team at 1900 in the evening having paid a further £800 in extra fees on top of the quoted price. All taken whilst we were held hostage to pay. Ultimately what we thought would be a cheep alternative to a large removal firm ended up costing exactly the same amount. It is not a saving going for these people, you will pay the same as for a large, reputable, company but receive a woefully inadequate service.

  This is second time when used this company to clean our house. They done end of tenancy cleaning for us. Very nice team, oudstanding job done. We've received our deposit back.

  I cannot recommend Moving home made easy with this company highly enough. I contacted them last month for a flat removal and storage. Initially I was quite apprehensive not knowing what to expect but now I can honestly say they are by far the best removal company I've ever used. Lucas and the rest of his crew are extremely reliable, honest and they take extra care of your possessions I felt safe throughout the whole prcess. Pricing was also acceptable. I didn't want to go for the cheapest option and stayed away from the most expensive as well. Hence, I was plesently surprised when I got the quote. At the beginning I wanted to pack my stuff myself but ultimately askd "we move and clean" to do it for us and they did. Even at super short notice, which really made me pleased. What particularly caught my interest is that they have gone above and beyond for me on my removal day. I'm aware I can be quite problematic in terms of number of questions I ask (freak control) but all questions were addressed calmly and professionally and did not notice any signs of nuisance. Also, nothing is too much trouble for them. You need something and they do it. Simple as that. They're not just an business they genuinely are really kind caring people and I'm a good judge of characters. I just realised I forgot to mention about the packing service. It was carried out by them as well and all of my stuff was delivered without a single scratch, so that was money well spent. I am ever so grateful to Lucas and his team who took all the stress out of the house move in an instant. Many thanks. Good experience with these guys.

  BEWARE! Read everything very carefully. My move cost over a third more than i expected. When i told the owner that my household contents wouldnt fit in the rwo vans he chose not to tell me that a third would cost a lot extra. We didnt finish until 23.30 and it was the most awful.and stressful housemove i have ever experienced. Communication was beyond poor. The cleaning service let me down on the date they had commited to do the house clean. I would NEVER recommend this company
